Description - Pasteuriser EHA-27E, automatic, 300 litres/hour

Electric counterflow pasteurisation device for juices and other fluids. Also suitable for turbid and thicker fluids thanks to the use of a double-walled spiralled counter-flow heat exchanger. Maintains a constant water temperature via an electronic control system. The juice temperature is controlled completely automatically and can be easily monitored using the digital thermometer.
